Yesterday night was the most terrible night ever. I went downstairs with my dad, sister and my 2 cousins as my dad wanted to buy the car coupon or something. There was a long queue even though it's already 11pm+ so we have to wait for quite a while. My stomach starts to hurt and to make it worse, my cousins were running around like nobody's business and creating a scene. Even though I told them to stop it, they just continued. -.-

After queuing up for a very long time, finally it's our turn but after that, we found out that the machine was spoilt! Wasted our time queuing up so we went home. I was about to sleep and my stomachache became worse and I felt like vomitting. I can't sleep for the whole night and even though I applied oil and ate medicine, it didn't help at all. After some time, I manage to sleep and I woke up at about 5.30am feeling really uncomfortable.

Went to the toilet and vomitted. Was supposed to help out in ACSJ today but because of that, I couldn't make it. I'm really sorry! I've already miss out 3 sessions and I'm guilty to the maximum. Sigh, what a way to start off a new month..

This few days were spent playing card games, board games, facebook games and chatting session with my 2 cousins and my sister. Played games till past midnight almost everyday. Hence, waking up at about 10.30am every morning. Haha! Just receive a phone call from my mum, saying that they will be staying till tuesday. (: If not, they should be leaving today to stay at my 2nd aunt's house. Will be going Malaysia during mid december, can't wait to feel the natural environment again. (:

Back from band camp!

24/11 (Tuesday)

First day of band camp, had a meeting with the rest of the heads and leaders to round up some stuffs in the morning before assembling time. Assembled at 7.30am, did the admin stuffs and went back to the classrooms to put our belongings. After that was the usual band routine. Had lunch at about 12pm+, did the 'Sawadikup' thing before eating, it was really funny! The heads and leaders were really enthusiatic, especially Haohan, haha.

Usual band routine all the way till around 6pm then we had water games. Didn't have time to change into slippers so I just took of my shoes and socks, lols. Had 3 different stations for the water games and I went from station to station splasing water at random people. Had lots of extra water bombs left so I threw it at random people too. Lols, I sound really bad. -.- Had a lot of fun but the cleaning part was troublesome. The flour just simply stick to the floor.

After clearing up everything, went to 'bathe'. Me, Peiyi and Yilin wash our hair under the tap and shampoo it. We were bathing with our clothes on due to time constrain. After that was dinner, combined band and anime time. Watched this anime about Laputa or something. Didn't really get the story though as I missed out a few scenes, LOL. Had supper after that, patrolled around the bunks, washed up and slept at around 12am.

25/11 (Wednesday)

Second day of band camp, assembled at 7.15am and did physical training. Did simple stretches and the band was separated into 'Brasses' and 'Woodwinds and Percussion'. Taught the brasses on how to play the game of concentration using names. After that, played 'Chop chilli chop chop'. All their actions was funny to the max but it was a pity as not everybody in the circle manage to do the actions. Haha, but I guess they still enjoyed the game. Had breakfast after that and then was the usual band routine.

Started trying some of the new scores Mr Wong bought. Studio Ghibli anime medley!(I forgot the actual title) It is a really nice song but really difficult. Tried 'Fanfare of the Wakakusa hill' too, it was quite alright. Ended band practice at around 6pm, rushed to the AV theatre to prepare for farewell night after changing into our orange band tee. Went to get the laptop and started testing the sound system etc. The rest were doing the decorations. The sec4s started coming in at around 7.30pm.

First up was Haohan's dance solo followed by the videos by the various groups, Nicholas group's live performance then the heads and leaders live performance. After that was the powerpoint slides, speeches and everything ended at around 9.30pm. Had the night walk after that. Stayed in the bandstore and Mr Wong shared his ghost story. I didn't really understand actually, LOL. Everything ended at around 12am. Went to wash some stuffs. After finishing everything, it was around 1am.

Collapsed on the sleeping bag and slept. And suddenly, I remembered that I haven't bathe and eat my dinner. But I was too tired to even care, haha.

26/11 (Thursday)

Last day of band camp. Woke up at 5am to wake the malay girls up. After that, went back to sleep and slept all the way till 7am. If Rizal didn't come and wake us up, we would have been late. Rushed and washed up. Assembled at 7.30am, did physical training. Simple stretches and the buddha clap thingy, haha. Played this game called 'Cling Cling' after that, the band members really enjoyed it. After that, we ate our breakfast and then release them to do area cleaning.

Our classroom was pretty clean since there's only 3 of us so not much cleaning up to do. (: After that, we did spring cleaning for the bandstore. Went to wipe the band chairs with Peiyi and some other logistic members. Finish it in a short period of time so I just help around here and there. Finish at around 10.30am. I really love the bandstore when it's that neat and tidy. (: Did drills after that then was games. Played 'Cling Cling' again.This time round, I joined in too.

Fun to the max! Then we played 'Dog and Bone' and back to 'Cling Cling' again. Debrief-ed, gave out the prizes and food to the band and dismissed. End of the 3days band camp, a mixture of feeling though. Went home at around 2pm. Unpack all my stuffs, bathed and ate cup noodles for lunch. Went to meet up with Peiyi and her primary school friends at Whitesands at 5.45pm for the Temasek Secondary School concert. Waited for one of her friend till around 6.30pm, I think. Meanwhile, went to the basement to get some stuffs.

MRT-ed to Tampines and took bus 10 there. Reached after a few stops and it was around 7.20pm+ then. Coincidentally, saw Miss Tan there, haha. The performance started at around 7.30pm. They played a few songs but I only know one of them which was 'First Suite in Eb'. Then it was Peiyi's friend turn to play her solo, it was nice. (: Couldn't imagine myself playing solo for the whole song, standing in front of the crowd. Everything ended at 8.30pm and I went home after that.

Reached home and found out that my 2 little cousins from Malaysia came and will be staying at my house till sunday, haha. It has been a long time since I saw them. Collapsed on the bed at around 10.30pm. What a long post, haha. That's the end of the 3 days. Last band camp of my secondary school life.

21st November (Saturday)

Went down to ACSJ yesterday. Met Peiyi in the MRT train as per normal and we're suppose to meet at 7.45am at Newton MRT station. I think we were late for a few minutes? Haha, but we waited a while longer for the rest before walking to ACSJ. When we reach, they were already doing their warmups. After that, we were told to shift the instrument cases out of the band room while the kids went out for drills. Abner started vacumming the floor and shelves and one of the board fell off while he's vacumming. Lols!

Miss Tan accuse him of vacumming in the screw too, haha. Rearrange the things in the band room and shifted in the instrument cases. It looks much neater and cleaner now! After that, vacumm the floor for the 2nd time and we're done. Went outside to have our snacks as tea break. After the tea break, went to the Music Room for combined band. They played 'Heal The World' and 'Kids Klassic', nice songs. (: Pack up at about 12.45pm, fall in and dismissed.

Went to Plaza Singapura with Peiyi after that. Bought some gifts and went to have lunch at Long John Silver. The cashier automatically help us upsize the drink and they cheated our money because half of the cup was filled with ices. -.- Went to Pasir Ris after that to get our handphone straps which cost only $2.90. Far more cheaper as compared to the rest, haha. Took 21 home after that and I was dead tired.

Today

Was supposed to wake up at 9.30am today but I ignored the alarm clock all the way till 10.30am. LOLS. Quickly got up and prepared and bused to Peiyi's house. Reach at about 11.30am and she pass me her thumbdrive. Went up to her house to get her wallet and handphone and we went to Shop and Save to get some chocolates and sweets. Bought the stuffs and it cost quite a lot. Went back home after that and bought lunch for me and my sister.

Ate lunch while editting the schedule and powerpoint slides. Off the computer at about 5.30pm and I got really sleepy. Slept till about 7.30pm and had my dinner. I had a really weird dream and guess what? The dream consist of Peiyi, Yilin and Mr Wong. And the dream is not related to band, I wonder why too, haha! After dinner, pack my camp stuffs as there will be band camp from 24th Nov - 26th Nov. Will be away from 24th to 26th. And on the 26th, might be going to Temasek's concert to support Peiyi's friend. (: That's all.

Have been quite busy for this whole week, was waiting for the chance to blog. Haha. Was down in ACSJ from monday to help them out as they are having their honours day performance today. Hmm, just went there to teach them the songs, help to shift chairs and percussion instruments etc. As for today, it is their actual honours day performance. Was suppose to meet up at 9.30am at the Newton MRT station. But I met up with Peiyi earlier at 8am as she wanted to get some stuffs from Whitesands Mall.

Got the stuffs from NTUC and we trained all the way to Newton MRT station, reached before the meeting time. (: Some of the barker guys and Gordon was there so we joined them while waiting for the rest to come. I think we left at around 9.45am, walked to ACSJ and they were setting up the music room. Help a little bit here and there and finally, manage to get them to settle down to do their warmup. Went up to the hall to set up the layout for the kids. After that, started shifting everything up to the hall.

Get them to settle down and they started their tuning. Ran through their songs for a few rounds and we went down to have our lunch. Ate and went up to the hall to change shift with Gordon, haha. Took care of the instruments and waited for lunch break to end. Lunch ended at about 1.30pm, did tuning after their break. Went to sit at the chairs as the parents are starting to come in. The whole event started at around 2.30pm, if I'm not wrong. There were speeches, giving out of awards and performance by choir and band.

Clapped for the ACSJ band members, haha. They did pretty well today. (: Shifted down everything when the whole event ended. Brought the trash cans to the .. I don't know what it is called, lols! Went back to the music room to rest. Got really high and laughed a lot at really random stuffs, my stomach was seriously aching, haha! Played this game which is quite similar to 'Game of Concentration'. Was quite confused in the beginning but managed to get the hang of it.

Halfway through, went to see the trashcan ensemble and the clarinet ensemble. It was great! After their performance, we went back to the music room. Laughed at all the lame jokes the guys said and we realised it was getting late and yet some of the boys haven't took their bags/instruments. We were waiting for them to get their stuffs before we could lock up the place. Went to find some of the kids and told them to get their stuffs. After that, we locked up the place and left the school.

Went to have dinner with Peiyi at Newton hawker centre. After eating, we went home and here I am now. Lols, it's 11.42pm and I have to wake up at about 6.15am tomorrow for ACSJ. Hope that I won't be late!

I wonder if we'll ever meet again.
