First day of term 1, week 3! Morning assembly was the usual and for the first time, the Vice Principal finally talk to the school, LOL. After that was core geog, finished up the notes on Food Production and did our workbooks. Then was physics. Did our workbooks and then went through a new chapter: Electromagnetic Spectrum. Was discussing about which tuition centre to attend and on what subjects. Hmm, I haven't really decided too. And also, saturday study plans with Peiyi and Edna! I can't wait, haha. (:

Recess after that, was hungry to the max. Next was history. Hari Raya, LOL. Was told to get into our groups and Miss Yeo flashed the passage on the screen and we had to fill in the blanks. It was difficult and we couldn't find our answers in the textbook and she didn't give us any notes. But we still hand it up in the end. Then was chinese. Went through unit 2 and had group discussions. Went for sectionals after that, practiced 'Eagle Bend' and had stock check at 3.30pm. Went home at around 4.30pm.

I only got 3 words now: 怎么办? .........................

Was practically doing my weekend homeworks this few days. It's so called the start of the year and the teachers are already giving us so many homeworks. I guess that's why we're called sec4s, lols! School tomorrow, if only there are 3 days of weekend... So sian! Just a short post for today. (:

Alright, second week of school! To me, I find second week of school to be slightly better but still, as much homeworks. Lols. I guess I will be updating on a weekly basis since I don't have much time after school reopens. I will just briefly post about the highlights of this week. (Other than boring lessons, haha).

Monday: Normal lessons till 1.30pm and the whole cohort of sec4s went to the hall to witness last year's batch of sec4s get their O level results. Even though I wasn't the one receiving the results, I still felt nervous. This is really weird, haha. But that really reminded me that I'm taking my O levels this year and I would be the one receiving my results next year, during January. How time flies. Anyway, back to that. Some of the seniors are rather sad with their results but no matter what, do cheer up! After that, had Sls and Heads & Leaders meeting till around 4pm. Went Long John Silver with Peiyi, Yilin and Huiping after the meetings.

Tuesday: Normal lessons till 2.30pm and had band practice after that. We started our intensive journey to SIBF. Score studied 'Eagle Bend' and 'Lion City Festival' in the music room and went for sectionals. Went to the bandstore as Mr Wong took some of the members. The clarinetists were really funny, haha. After that was combined band on 'Eagle Bend'. Pack up at 6pm and dismiss at 6.15pm. Practice seems really short on tuesdays. Went BBT shop after that. Well.

Wednesday: Normal lessons till 2.30pm. Sectionals after that and Mr Wong came at about 4.30pm. Had combined band on 'Eagle Bend'. A really mini combined band, haha. Pack up at 5.45pm and went home after that. Met up with Weitian at my house downstairs at around 8.10pm and passed her back her handphone and pen. That Weitian ar, haha.

Thursday: Normal lessons till 2.30pm and went to Edna's house along with Peiyi after school. Went Fairprice to get the ingredients we need to cook pasta. Went up to her house and started cooking. (: Lots of funny incidents happen, I guess this was the day whereby I laughed the most. LOL! Waited patiently for the pasta to boil, was hungry to the max! Finally got to eat after that and somebody was 杀鸡-ing. (Inside joke, haha!) Washed up and started on our core geog project. They did their homework while I went to find some images for the powerpoint slides. On-ed the aircon and music while doing our work. (: After a while, me and Peiyi drag Edna's violin into the room and told her to play for us. Told her to play a song and she went to play a simple scale for us, lols! Went home at about 7pm.

Today: Normal lessons till 10am and went for recess till 10.30am. Sang the 'ABC' song (In the alien-ish/dictionary-ish sound) while walking out of the school, haha. Went home after that.

Shall post about the first week of my sec4 life in school. School starts at a later time, 7.45am for monday, wednesday, thursday and friday and 8.15am for tuesday. So got to wake up at a later time. (: School was quite alright actually, classroom is located at the 2nd floor. 3 cheers for that, don't have to waste so much energy climbing all the way to 4th floor like last year, haha. Anyway, some of our subject teachers are the same, while some of them have changed.

But still, lessons were quite alright, just that there's lots of homework! It just keeps piling up everyday, lols. I'm still sitting with Peiyi and in front of us is Weiyi and Edna. History and SS lessons always seem so 'enetertaining', haha! Peiyi, Weiyi and Edna should know why. (: Ohyah, and as I expected, the teachers seem to mention about O levels for almost every lesson except for one teacher.. Miss Yeo! She says it as Cambridge exams instead, haha! (In fact, she said that since last year)

Yesterday (8/1)

In the morning, went to the bandstore straight after morning assembly for the sec1s audition. Brief the sec3 members on what to do and Peiyi went through the rhythm with them while I got ready all the stuffs. At about 8.45am, the sec1s started coming in. First group: Victors! A really hyper group of people, haha. Had 3 more groups after that, all the way till 10.30am. Overall, I felt that it was fun. At 10.30am, went back for lessons. Mrs Loke was already inside the classroom when me and Peiyi went back.

Settled down and Mrs Loke taught us a new topic: Differetiation. Just some basic knowledge of the topic. After that was history. It reminds me of the insurance thing, shorten legs by 5cm, haha! Funny to the max. After that, went to change into our new band tee and assembled at 1pm. Went for sectional warmups and then combined band in the music room, rehearsing for CCA exhibition. Started setting up at 4pm, can't exactly remember what time we started performing actually.

But I felt kind of sad as it might be my last performance. However, the performance was great! It drizzled when we were playing 'It's my life' but we still continued. After that was the ensemble's turn to perform. Pirates, A whole new world and trash can ensembles were great! (: The band members cheered really loudly for them and then some of them started shouting 'Join band!'. Haha. They performed twice, once in the canteen and another one is the atrium.

After that, pack up and assembled in the bandstore. Gave them the food bought by Mr Wong and then, took a band photo together. I can say it was one of the best day ever, I really felt the bonding. (: After that, had a short meeting. Hmm, not really a meeting actually. Went home after that. Was dead tired so I drop dead on my bed slightly earlier than before. I wish I could sleep on forever sometimes! Going to Edna's house tomorrow to do the core geog holiday homework. (:

Tired to the max. I'm so not myself this few days.
ARG. I need to concentrate during lessons and stop feeling so sleepy
and space out so easily.
